James Williamson

James is  a qualified personal trainer from Baltimore, Maryland and Co-Founder of Trained2Go Performance, LLC. James has played sports the majority of his life being both a football and track star. James played football and ran track in college as well, where he won accolades and conference championships in both sports. He has professional football experience with Montreal Allouettes and Baltimore Brigade. James studied Business at Wesley College where he received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with concentration in management. James has been training since 2017 and has assisted over 100 clients in reaching their goals. James specializes in fitness, strength training, speed and waist snatching! He believes if clients apply Discipline, Effort and Consistency in their lives and the gym they’ll see results. 

 Dion Roche

Coach Dion, from Baltimore County, a former 3-star athlete in high school and All American defensive end at Concordia University St Paul where he studied Kinesiology for 3 years. Dion has extensive knowledge in nutrition as well. Dion developed a passion for fitness and health throughout his years training for sports, taking care and developing his own body which led to him pursuing a career in personal training. Through years of learning about the human body and fitness Dion has grown a strong passion for helping others not only reach their body goals but also make a healthy lifestyle change and an overall boost in confidence. Coach Dion is also a Defensive line specialist. Our goal is to invest our time into you accomplishing your goals.
